Products and Orders

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and display our products. Prices, availability, promotions, and product quantities may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order due to pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Trading Cards and Final Sales

All trading card game (TCG) products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by law. This includes sealed products, booster boxes, booster packs, individual cards, and other trading card products, whether opened or unopened.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@packandplayli.com promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All other eligible returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pack and Play LI is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Pack and Play LI. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Pack and Play LI or for products purchased from our store.

Use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate our store and process transactions.
